Who We Are
We are a regulated fund manager specialising in providing asset-backed lending to Australian small businesses (including a specialist capability in SMEs) and commercial projects. We raise funds directly from wholesale investors in a series of pooled or stand-alone investment trusts and deploy this funding into our lending business.
XCA has extensive experience in investment funds management and the lending and property sectors. It boasts a highly experienced and respected Board and Executive management team, supported by leading investment and industry professionals.

Jim Creagh
Chairman
Jim is an Australian-qualified solicitor with more than 50 years of experience as a commercial lawyer. He is currently a Consultant to Creagh Weightman Lawyers, a boutique commercial law firm in Brisbane, which he co-founded in 1998 following his tenure as a Senior Partner at the national firm Phillips Fox (now DLA Piper).
Throughout his career, Jim has practised extensively in corporate law and has significant experience advising companies on capital raisings, initial public offerings, and ASX listings. He is also an experienced company director with a strong understanding of corporate governance.
Jim serves as a Trustee of the University of Queensland Rugby Union Foundation Trust. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (BA/LLB) from the University of Queensland, as well as an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services.
Ross Stiles
Director
Ross has over 40 years of experience across the property and financial services industries. In 1998, he co-founded Cromwell Corporation Limited (ASX: CMW), an ASX Top 200 property investment company, where he also served as Managing Director. Now known as Cromwell Property Group, the business manages and owns more than A$11.5 billion in property assets across Australia and internationally, including UK-based Valad Europe, and had a market capitalisation of over A$3 billion as at 30 June 2019.
Ross holds an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services and is currently Non-Executive Chairman of CFMG Capital, an investment manager specialising in residential, retail, and commercial property markets.
Emily Leyden
Finance Manager
Emily serves as Finance Manager at XCA Management, bringing more than 15 years of experience across financial services, wealth management, and property investment. Prior to joining XCA, Emily worked as a Financial Planner with both Westpac and Core Advisor Group, where she developed extensive expertise in financial strategy, client relationships, and wealth management.
Earlier in her career, Emily worked with Cromwell Property Group, providing her with valuable experience in property investment and corporate finance. Emily holds a dual degree in Arts and Psychology and has completed her Advanced Diploma of Financial Services.

XCA Management Pty Ltd holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL No. 431183) issued by ASIC. We are committed to full compliance with the Corporations Act 2001, the ASIC Act, and all applicable financial services regulations.
All investment products offered by XCA Management are accompanied by an Information Memorandum (IM) and Supplementary Information Memoranda (SIM) relating to specific projects. We encourage all prospective investors to read these documents carefully before making any investment decision.
XCA Management is also a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), providing our clients with access to an independent dispute resolution service at no cost.
